All our plans include a 30 day money back guarantee. This period of time should allow you to test additional programs available with your account if that is the issue. For example, if you’re not sure if WordPress is going to meet your needs, you can save time by using BoldGrid instead.

How to Disable Auto-renew

Disabling auto renewals is the same process as a cancellation. To do so, please contact our Customer Service Department at any time and request that your account be set to expire. Your account will remain active until the time that has already been paid in advance and will no longer renew. Of course, if you decide in the future that you want to renew again, please contact Customer Service so that they may renew your hosting account.

Before you Begin the Cancellation Process

If you still intend to cancel the account, we understand. Please open a ticket and send us the following information in order to make your cancellation a smooth process:

  • Account Username
  • The last 4 digits of the credit card on file or paypal address
  • Email address

  • We will process the refund withing 24h after receiving all the information
